All skills and drills for women's/girl/s Uneven Bars that can be done at home with a personal bar or at most public parks that have a similar setup. Starts at Level 1 (beginner) and covers Levels 2 and 3. Includes relevant stretching and conditioning for each level. Although in gymnastics this event is only for women, all ages and genders are welcome to take this course and learn! See list below for all the specifics.
