Covering all drills and skills for Women's Balance Beam starting at Level 1 (beginner) and covering Levels 2 and 3 respectively. Relevant stretching and conditioning will be provided for each level. This course is designed to be done outside the gym with a wide variety of balance beam substitutes. Beam is a women's only event in the sport of gymnastics but all ages and genders are welcome to learn!
