Course Description

A full course in Parallel Bars (aka "P-Bars") starting at Level 1 (beginner) and going through Levels 2 and 3. Each level will include relevant stretching and conditioning. P-Bars is a men's event within the sport, however all ages and genders are welcome to join this course! Although some drills can be done at home, you will need access to a set of parallel bars, but these can usually be found at most parks.
