A Gymnastics-specific Trampoline Course for boys and girls, Levels 1-3!

Course Description

A gymnastics-specific trampoline course starting at Level 1 (beginner) and covering Levels 2 and 3 for boys and girls. Unlike the "Action Sports" Trampoline Course that is also offered with DIY, this course won't include some of the freestyle tricks such as mistys and corks but will focus specifically on skills that are used in gymnastics. Will include relevant stretching and conditioning for each level. Aside from the stretching and conditioning, certain drills won't need equipment, but a trampoline will be needed to complete the course. All ages welcome!

Action Sports Trampoline

A mix of both gymnastics and freestyle skills that are found in most action sports. Split into 4 different levels with over 70 videos. Includes drills, progressions, stretching and conditioning. Currently available!

Tumbling (Floor)

Floor skills & progressions for boys and girls, Levels 1-3 that can be done outside a gym. Will include stretching and conditioning.

Mushroom

Mushroom skills and drills leading to Pommel Horse for Levels 1-3, boys and girls welcome! Will include stretching and conditioning.

High Bar (Boys)
