Course Description

All skills and drills for tumbling/floor that can safely be done at home, in the yard or in a park. Starts at Level 1 (beginner) and covers Levels 2 and 3 skills that can safely be done without spotting. Includes relevant stretching and conditioning for each level. This course covers both boys and girls tumbling as it is very similar until higher levels. See list below for the full itinerary. Kids and adults welcome!

*Certain skills that would normally also be taught in Level 3, such as back handsprings and standing backflips, were intentionally left out due to the high danger of practicing those skills without a coach present and proper equipment.

Uneven Bars (Girls)
